What to Expect

FOLLOWING your wedding....

~ Within about 4 weeks you will have a proof gallery off all the images from your wedding which will be sent to you via a photo link. At this time, you'll be able to view and order your photos.

~About 6-8 weeks your entire wedding package should be ready for delivery. Please note, during busy wedding seasons, this time could increase but a greatly appreciated!!

FOLLOWING your session....

~ Within a week (usually), you'll be sent your proof photo link. With this, you'll be able to view and make your selection of photos. If you choose, you may also order prints from the photo link.

~Each gallery (photo link) is removed from online & archived within 2-3 months of your shoot, regardless of if you've had a chance to order.  I archive, never delete. This helps me keep my photo hosting gallery site organized and further leaves room for new, upcoming galleries. If you need your gallery re-uploaded this can be done by simply contacting me.

~Please note, for all re-uploaded galleries, the print prices will increase.

PRIOR to your session...

~Each session will be a specified length of time, determined by your investment.

~The location is up to you. You can select a favorite on-site location (local). If you have no preference, I'm happy to assist with ideas to help bring your photo vision to life.

~The clothing in your choice as well. Personally, I love bold patterns, vibrant colors and/or solids. I suggest to avoid logos or big lettering on hats and shirts unless its a significant role in the photos (i.e. "big brother" or "baby on board").  Also, I have a Pinterest page that may be useful for visuals as well

~Along with the clothing, I also have a handful of other props for babies to young children, however I always love when personal items are involved in the session. Please feel free to bring favorite items from home

~If you're preparing for a maternity session here's a few helpful tips to consider:

1. Would you like to show your bare belly?

If so a spaghetti strap shirt or (preferably) a belly band or bandeau will
prove to be EXTREMELY useful. If not you don't want to expose the belly,
consider a form fitting shirt to accentuate the bump
2. What outfits are the most comfortable/flattering for you and your growing bump?? Remember, in the studio the lights tend to heat up during a session. You want to be sure that you don't get too hot during the session. Leggins and flowy skirts are great for the studio. I have maternity "wrapping" fabric as additional options for shooting in the studio.
3. Baby items for your expectant arrival also make wonderful props(i.e. baby shoes, outfits, blankets, sonogram photos, etc)

~If you're preparing for akids or family session here's a few helpful tips to consider:

A well rested, well fed child is the happiest...especially when the environment is calm and inviting. I strive to keep my photo experiences a pleasant experience. For a 30 min session, usually 2 (maybe 3) outfit changes are plenty... Most kiddos will overwhelm and exhaust quickly and easily. I aim to make this a happy experience for everyone!
